The Shock Absorbent Layer: By optimizing the shape and size of the rubber pieces we have substantially increased binder content without compromising shock absorbency.

The Wear Layer: By changing the size and shape of the rubber pieces, we have created a product that is easier to install and far less likely to crack. The underlying binder is not exposed to the UV and our product will never fade to black like rubber tiles do.

PLAYGROUND PAVEMENT is so strong and durable that it does not need, nor do we recommend, a shock-reducing concrete sub-base. Our product can shift, flex, and settle without tearing or cracking.
