Child Obesity continues to increase at an alarming rate! Currently, over 30% of children ages 6-11 years are overweight and 15% are obese. In addition to the obvious social stigmas, overweight children face many health care concerns, including damage to growing bones and cartilage, Type 2 Diabetes and heart disease. Outdoor Fun Store offers a wide range of Fitness Course activities to stimulate and challenge children to run, climb, jump, pull and push. Fitness course activities are economical and provide unlimited configuration possibilities. Start small and add on later or create a lare fitness challenge course and help your children stay healthy and fit. All fitness equipment is recommended for five years to adults.
This ten station fitness center is designed to promote physical fitness among school age children. Two large and easy to read instructional signs outline the exercise sequence and repetition for each activity. Exercises have been designed for beginner, intermediate and advanced users.
