Only the Best Materials
We use only the best grade of lumber available. Our southern yellow pine is a premium grade, and double kiln dried. Our redwood is California hand selected. All of our lumber is strong and durable, giving your play system years of safe use. All of our wood conforms to the national standards established for use in children's play equipment.
Lifetime Warranty
Outdoor Fun Store guarantees all pressure treated southern yellow pine and ACQ* components for a lifetime from the date of purchase to the original owner. The manufacturer further guarantees all other components for a period of two years. Non-transferable. Outdoor Fun Store will replace or repair at our discretion any part, which is defective in material or workmanship. (*ACQ - Alkaline Copper Quaternary. These are safe chemicals used in the pressure-treating process.)

Exclusive Green Heavy Duty Hangers
Outdoor Fun Store uses heavy duty swing hangers on all swing beams. Our unique spring clips allow you to adjust your swings to any position.
Safer Steps
All Outdoor Fun Store units come with the heaviest steps made. Steps are much safer for children than rails and will not allow a child to slip and fall through.
Screw on Bolt Caps
Unique screw on bolt caps to cover recessed bolt heads.
Vinyl Coated Swing Chains
We use only vinyl dipped Swing Chains. These chains won't pinch little fingers or rust like vinyl slipped swings. Our trapeze bar is coated in the same vinyl for a long-lasting and durable grip.
All-Bolt Construction
Outdoor Fun Store play sets are built with all hot-dip galvanized bolt and lag construction. No nails that can work loose are used in our play sets.
Adjustable swing beam
A 4 x 6 adjustable swing beam is a standard feature on all Outdoor Fun Store units. The extra heavy beams make all our equipment extremely sturdy. All corners are rounded and sanded smooth.
The Dirty Dozen: 12 Playground Hazards
The National Playground Safety Institute (NPSI) has identified twelve of the leading causes of injury on playgrounds. By familiarizing yourself with the Dirty Dozen Checklist you can inspect your local playground to see how safe it is. Should you identify any of the 'Dirty Dozen' hazards on your child's playground, notify the owner/operator of the play area of the condition so they may take steps to eliminate the hazard.
