Rugged, reinforced steel covered with 7/10" thick padding makes this a long lasting pommel horse. Chrome plated pistons, with spin lock/snap lock mechanism and assist springs make for easy height adjustments. Wood laminated pommels are adjustable in width and can be removed. With the popular new TAC/10 surface cover, the AAI Pommel Trainer is the perfect training device for developing skills on the pommel horse. Top is 25” in diameter and unit is 18” in height. The removable top is marked with an “X” for proper hand placement.
The Basic Mushroom head is constructed of 100% self-skinning foam which will help prevent trauma to the gymnast's wrists and elbows. The working surface is textured to provide a non-slip surface. The Mushroom base is a white high density polyethylene plastic and has hand cut outs for easy portability. The base stands 15" tall. The Mushroom head is 24" in diameter as specified for USAG competition. The 5" tall Mushroom head attaches easily to the base with a tightening knob or can be used separately from the base for floor circles. The total height of the Mushroom and base is 20" and the weight is 25 lbs.
