Most of our small to midsized orders ship by UPS. There are limits on weight and size that UPS will accept. Typically they will ship items up to 150 lbs. Playsets, slides and other overweight or oversized items require special shipping arrangements. For those items, someone from Outdoor Fun Store will contact you to make the best shipping arrangements to meet your needs. In these instances,we will not charge your credit card untill you have approved the shipping costs.

Because of technical limitations of our shopping cart, playsets, slides and other overweight or oversized items will show as zero shipping charges on your checkout page. For those items, someone from Outdoor Fun Store will contact you to make the best shipping arrangements to meet your needs.

To check your shipping charges for most items before you pay, enter your zip code, choose your shipping method, then click the UPDATE button. Your zip code is required before the system can show you your shipping costs. If you do not click UPDATE you will be charged the appropriate UPS Ground shipping costs.

Ensure your address (especially your zip code) is correct and click the UPDATE button before clicking the PLACE ORDER button.

To save you money and do business efficiently, some items will be drop shipped to you from different manufacturer's or warehouse's.

Purchaser(s) promises to pay Outdoor Fun Store, Co. in full for all items, shipping and labor upon receipt of same. If any balance due or any other unpaid amount must be collected from purchaser(s), purchaser(s) agree to pay in addition to the balance owed, all costs and expenses, including but not limited to, all attorney and legal fees including interest on unpaid balance of 18% per annum until paid in full.

All returns must be preapproved by Outdoor Fun Store, Co. You will be given an RMA# to include with the returned item(s).

There will be no refunds given on international orders.

No refunds on special order items. (custom made or custom cut items and items made to order such as ice rinks, playsets, etc. are considered 'special order' items) You may exchange or return standard stock items within 90 days of purchase, if the items are in resalable condition (subject to a 20% restocking fee). Return check fee is $45. All equipment remains the property of Outdoor Fun Store, Co. untill paid in full. I understand the inherent dangers of using playground equipment. I will in no way hold Outdoor Fun Store, its Officers, Directors or Employees responsible for any injuries or for any damage due to use of equipment.

There are inherent dangers with playground equipment. A 6' safety perimeter, free of any potential hazards, and suitable safety surfacing are recommended. Parental supervision and instruction are important. Keep children from walking close to, in front of, behind or between moving items. Keep children from twisting chains or ropes, since this may reduce the strength of these items. Keep children from swinging empty items, such as swings. Teach children to sit in center of swings with their full body weight on the seats. Teach them to use equipment in its intended manner and not to dismount equipment while still in motion.

Avoid using equipment when wet. Parents should make sure children are dressed appropriately. For example, wear well fitting clothing and shoes. Avoid ponchos, scarves, pull strings or any loose fitting clothing (which is potentially hazardous) while using play system equipment.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that all items and equipment and play/use area is (and remains) safe, resilient and free from any potential hazards.

Your home, car and most other things require maintenance. Your outdoor recreational equipment is no different.

It is the purchaser's and the users responsibility to ensure equipment is properly maintained, including safety surface and the surrounding use area if applicable.

The Outdoor Fun Store, Co. distributes products for many different manufacturers.The warranty for each item that we sell fully passes through to the manufacturer. The Outdoor Fun Store, Co. its officers, directors or employees do not assume any responsibility or liability for incidental or consequential damages or injuries which may occur from the purchase and/or use of the equipment.

Warranties do not cover the cost of shipping or labor for the replacement of any part. Wood exposed to the effects of the environment will show some distortion. Seasonal cracks and checks are natural characteristics of wood and are excluded from any warranties.
