Recently I purchased an adjustable basketball goal set from the Outdoor Fun Store. Your installation team, "Tim" and "Rodney" arrived at my house on Friday, September 1 at 9 a.m. to pour cement for the posts foundation. I found both of them to be friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They took the time to politely answer all of my questions. Their work was exceptional. The even cleaned up the work site.

I wanted to drop a note of thanks to your staff, specifically to Catharine and Brandy (I hope I have spelled their names correctly), who took my original order and also my follow up phone calls.
The week prior to Thanksgiving I called to place an order for some cable and two turnbuckles that I needed to install a zip line on my property. I was making just over a 150 foot run across a deep ravine and was hoping to have all materials onsite for installation over the Thanksgiving break. I emphasized that I needed to know if the materials would be delivered prior to Thanksgiving, so I could plan accordingly. I was told that they would contact the manufacturer to see what could be done. Several things happened along the way: 1) I received a return phone call indicating that my order for 170 feet was a special cut, and if I ordered 250 feet (a full roll) it could be shipped immediately, otherwise it could not specifically be guaranteed. I was given the option of purchasing the additional 80 feet at cost - not a bad option. When I gave the go ahead - I later received a phone call indicating the UPS tracking numbers. In short - these two ladies did what they stated they would do - they followed up. The materials arrived prior to Thanksgiving and were installed the day after. Not only is my family enjoying the zip line, but on Saturday evening, 25 November, during a bonfire at our residence, in the dark and with lanterns at both ends, we ran children and adults - across the dark ravine on the zip line. Everyone has enjoyed this!
